It tastes like bullet proof coffee (which is thick and buttery) it’s not horrible but I’ve been adding the packet to my coffee and adding sugar free creamer (yes I know that’s not “keto” sue me, it’s low carb enough to work for me) but i haven’t noticed any more energy than my normal coffee, no added weight loss, no “mental focus”.. honestly don’t waste your money. 1.0 out of 5 stars Gross and Overpriced.
